I have questions about the I-131 form, and can't find answers on the guide.

BTW, Osvaldo's and my baby came back from the hospital yesterday after 3 weeks in the NICU. She is doing great though she is only 4 lbs, 6 oz. Anyway, we're still worjking on getting his AOS application filed. We certainly want to take the baby to visit his family in Cuba, so I want to comlplete the I-131 form for Advance Parole. However, I don't know what to say in the section where it asks you to describe the special circumstances under which you are requesting AP. The instructions also say it is important to include 'required evidence and documents' but it doesn't say what this evidence or documents consist of. I'm wondering what others have done in this situation, and whether they were granted AP or not.

Thanks to all of you for your information and support!

Most people write either "unknown" or make up a bogus reason since they just want to have it handy should anything happen and they need to leave the US.
