Letter from congressman.

Hi! I want to get a letter from a congressman for expedite request. What exactly must the letter state? How should it be written and where do I send it to the VSC? If you can tell me ASAP I would appreciate it because I will call the congressman today. Thank you.

When I used my State Senator for my wife's case after it had passed out of the usual time tables I just made sure to highlight the entire situation and also include the form that the Senator faxed over to me (form gives them the right to look into your records). You must first make sure that you're outside of the normal processing guidelines as if you're not they are unable to help. Good luck!

For clarification it is your US Senator that represents your state in the US Senate in Washington DC... Not to be confused with your State Senator that represents you at the State capitol ... (this assumes a bi-cameral system, of course)

OH! I have to wait until my time has elapsed over the normal amount of time it takes then?I was told if it was for medical I could try to do it sooner. Ok, I guess I can not do it. I will just get the medical procedure done after my husband gets approved then. Thanks.
