Yes, because it's directed at a person on VJ.

Groups are ok. For example, "Mexicans are lazy" or "Indians smell" or "Republicans are evil" or "Democrats are leaches".

Non-members of VJ are ok too. "Alan Greenspan is a #######" or "Henry Waxman has an ugly nose".

But, let's ask the mods!
