help need advice for EAD

Hi Guys!

Here's my situation...i sent my AOS package with EAD and AP, got NOA for all yesterday. While reading the forum i found out that my category should be under c9 instead of a6 in my EAD form. :blink: i entered the US as fiance. What's the best thing for me to do......should i send a new application with c9 category now or should i just wait til i receive a letter from them? your advice will be very much appreciated!

AOS TIMELINE:

10-9-08 = package sent to chicago AOS,EAD,AP

10-13-08 = package recieved

10-21-08 = NOA recieved for AOS,EAD&AP

11-7-08 = biometrics appointment

11-14-08 = case transfered to CSC

11-17-08 = AOS touched

12-15-08 = AP approved

12-17-08 = EAD card production ordered

12-19-08 = AP received in the mail

12-23-08 = EAD approval notice sent

12-24-08 = EAD card received in the mail!! yeeeyyy!!

01-23-09 = AOS touched :)

01-26-09 = AOS touched again!!

03-21-09 = GREEN CARD RECEIVED in the mail!!!!!

NO DON'T DO ANYTHING! This is what happened to me too. I send in a corrction letter with new answer and NOAs and everyhting guess what they send me a new NOA1 for EAD and new receipt number and it make my case longer by i guess 2 weeks. But both of them we're approve and in my hands right now. Just don't do anything, wait for their answer

AOS & EAD TIMELINE:

July 21, 2008---(ORIGINAL) NOA1 for AOS & EAD

July 29, 2008---"WALK-IN" BIOMETRICS DONE (AOS & EAD-1)

Oct 14, 2008---EAD1 CARD ARRIVES! Approval date is Oct. 2, 2008

Dec 10, 2008---INTERVIEW DAY! APPROVED!!!

Dec 17, 2008---WELCOME NOTICE RECEIVED

Jan 9, 2009---CARD RECEIVED FINALLY! Approval date 12-10-08..expires on 12-10-10

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

Sept 10,2010---REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

CITIZENSHIP

Sept 10,2011---Application for citizenship

Hmmm, did you pay for EAD additional $340??? Because A6 EAD cost money and A9 EAD is free when submitted with AOS... Just a thought...

04/09/2008 I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

05/03/2008 call to USCIS because NOA1 not received ;( Got the receipt number and was told that we cannot get replacement NOA1.

08/21/2008 request for NOA1 for I-130 to file AOS placed over the phone and forwarded to VSC. Thanks to the first great Rep at USCIS hotline

10/17/2008 Hubby`s B-day, NOA1 for I-130 finally arrives!

10/21/2008 AOS sent to Chicago lockbox

10/31/2008 NOAs for AOS received

11/06/2008 I-130 is transferred to CSC

11/20/2008 biometrics done

12/02/2008 I-130 APPROVED!!!

01/02/2009 EAD received

02/12/2009 Interview APPROVED!!!

02/17/2009 welcome letter received

02/23/2009 GC received!!! yay!!!

RC

11/18/2010 I-751 Sent to VSC

11/22/2010 NOA1

01/07/2011 Early Bio

01/27/2011 Scheduled Bio

05/11/2011 RC approved

05/17/2011 GC received

Naturalization

11/14/2011 Sent package via Priority to Nebraska SC

11/25/2011 NOA made it

Relocated to NE

04/03/2012 Interview passed!!!

04/10/2012 Oath

04/10/2012 New prints required/done

04/14/2012 Received a welcome packet but still no certificate

04/17/2012 Certificate is here!!!!! Dated 04/16/2012 huh????
