Ok, so I went in to see if there were any holds on my case, and also using the persistance that I am so known for try to get some answers from USCIS (LOL, I know right)

Firstly, I had an Infopass 2 weeks ago to put in a service request and basically see if there were any holds. The grouchy IO told me its still pending and I sent an email and they will mail you a response.

So today I give her all the same info and ask her to check everything and then put in another expidite request, she tells me to sit down, I wait 10 minutes and then she tells me " Oh, you need to retake your Bio, its not in the system" :o ! I showed her my Bio Apointment letter with the IO's Signature stating I took it on MAY 14th and why am I just finding out about it.

"Ma'am, I can't say you just need to go retake it" !!

People I got 3 RFE's, they couldn't have mentioned this like with maybe the 1st or 2nd or heck even the 3rd RFE. Or at the 3 INFOPASS apointments I have had over the last 6 months.

I am in utter confusion, despair, sadness, angriness and anything else you can feel right now.

Oh my... That is awful. I am really sorry, and thank you for sharing. Only if people can do their jobs right the first time. This is the first time I've heard that someone's bio wasn't captured in the system, and I know it doesn't help to say - STILL, it's unacceptable! Ridiculous. There should be no reason why someone has to wait for MONTHS to find out there has been such an elementary error. GOSH I am SO SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That said, glad that you finally figured out WHAT is holding up the case, and hope it's all smooth sailing from here on out!

GOOD NEWS! I got it taken care of today!! They allow Walk-Ins on Wednesday here in Atlanta. And guess what, when I got in there was no one there. I was taken in right away. There was some confusion at first as they were wondering why I was coming back (The same jolly IO was there), and the lazy IO at the Infopass forgot to put my receipt numbers on the BIO Apointment letter. LOL! Thankfully I had everything with me but the IO Super had to double check the apointment before he let me in.

BUUUUT, the IO Supervisor said that they had had A LOT of the retakes come in to their office today straight from the other main office. SO WEIRD!

LOL! I know, its funny! I told my hubby I am not going to stand for this, I am going to continue to be persistant until I bug the ####### outta someone enough to do something about it. I'll be like that mosquito bite in a bad place that you can itch. LOL and besides the fact that I have the time to sit for an Infopass every 2 weeks till they do something about this.
