Anyone had experience with this issue ! Thank God there is a site like this to calm a person thoughts. Looking forward to hearing from you ! Chuck and Teresa

It means they need more information from you. They will send you a letter telling you what they want you to send them. Once you send it in, they will start processing your case again. It could be anything from a medical form to more information for the Affidavit of Support or a copy of the passport. You just have to wait and see what they think is lacking in your documents. It's not a big deal. It's like they pushed the pause button, not the stop button.

I had this experience. You should be expecting the RFE letter in the mail within the next 5 business days. The letter will specify what exactly you will need to submit... See my timeline for the RFE. Your case process will be resumed once the USCIS gets the response evidence you send. Don't worry. It happens... and when it does, we just deal with it, and move on!! Hang in there, and best of luck!

Sounds like they sent you an RFE.

Another Silly Question what does it mean when your caes is "TOUCHED" ? Thanks Chuck and Teresa

Means that your case has been looked at. If you have registered for updates online then the 'last updated' date that you see is called a touch. There is an example in my blog link below (btw I do not get paid for people viewing my blog)
