I have only been working at my job for about 5 months now. When it asks for my annual income, should I put what I expect to make in a years worth of my current salary, even though I have not worked a year?

my last few years of w2s are kinda (really) weak too, so I did not make near what I am expected to make in a year at my current company.

thank you

Yes simply take what you are paid weekly (BEFORE TAX and deductions (GROSS income)) and multiply by 52 to get your yearly income, and attach copies of recent pay stubs, employer letter should also indicate your expected salary.

You need to provide a full IRS return (1040 + W2) not just W2s with the affidavit of support, better yet get simple IRS transcripts they are free. http://www.irs.gov/faqs/faq1-6.html Call the 800 number and order them over the phone.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
