Hello everybody! Just wanted to share a great news with you: after waiting (not counting my "lawyer" submitting the wrong papers etc..) more then a year for my approval ( I-130 ) - I finally got it! I applied October , 12 th,2007. Then in August, 22 got transfered with others to California. There were few documents missing (!), "thanks " to my lawyer. But after submitting them really quick - I got a touch , and then an appoval. Expediting case, calling senators didn't work for me . Well, hang in there, everybody, who still didn't get there approval! It will come. I know how you fell...

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

Thank you so much , everybody, for your nice words and happiness for me! :star: Now I am deciding what to do : follow Jame's shortcut or do everything as it comes to me? E-mailing vs mailing DS-3032... Generating your own barcode... Please, anyone , what can you say? I just want this process to be over before Christmas. VERY important for me since I've been living along without my children and husband for a long time! Thank you again, VJ members! May everything be great in your lifes!
