I have k1 visa and I am leaving to my fiance this Saturday.

I've read at some point about a form that needs to be filled in in the plane.Do you know anything about that?Do you have any sample of it?

two forms... white colored I-94 and blue colored customs declaration... they are simple and straightforward

You might not have to fill in the Visa waiver as you have your visa

Best bet on this is to ask the air steward, but you will have to fill in the customs declaration

I-94 (white colored form) is required for all K-1's

I-94W (green colored form) is required for VWP people ONLY....

Accurate--even Canadians (who for visits to US do not have to fill in either type of I-94) must do so (white I-94) when entering on K-1

Someone told me recently that you have to fill these out online now and not on the plane i dont know how right that is.

I have heard it being talked about but I don't think they have implimented it yet. You do have to fill out Additional Passenger Information with the airline prior to travelling from the UK but that's the only thing you do online at the moment.

my friend is going on a round the world trip quite soon and was told she had to fill in the forms for USA vwp online before she gets to the airport

For the VWP, yes (it's called an ESTA) but I don't think you have to go down that road if you have a K1 visa in hand, although if anyone knows better, I stand to be corrected on that.

With regard to the OP's original post, basically what the others have said - the WHITE I-94 that you'll get handed to you on the plane.

WVP = Visa Waiver Program, it doesn't apply to you as you are travelling on a K1 visa.

Additional Passenger info is usually asked for by the airline, you usually fill out extra details like where you are going etc on their website. I don't know what country you are travelling from but we do it when travelling from the UK.

Do we!!??? I've never had to do that in my life!! I'm guessing that's because I always book through a 3rd party (airline-network, usually). Weird how everyone has such different experiences.

Well your supposed to, I used to work in travel and always had to get the info, usually if you book it direct with the airline they ask you to put it in there and then.
