Hi guys,

I sent the I-765 petition and just got the NOA...I was just wondering how long it takes to get the letter for the biometrics? Thank you

I-751:

10/06/08: Sent I-751

10/21/08: Received NOA

11/13/08: Received Biometrics Letter

11/24/08: Biometrics done in Jacksonville, FL

03/20/09: Case Transferred from VSC to CSC

05/20/09: Received Approval Letter

...Waiting for the card...

07/09/09: Green Card Received

10/01/09: Eligible for Citizenship

8/03/10: Sent N-400 paperwork

9/08/10: Biometrics done

9/26/10: Received Interview letter

10/28/10: Passed interview

Waiting for the Oath ceremony letter =)

Usually the biometrics letter arrives in about a month.

I sent the I-765 petition and just got the NOA...I was just wondering how long it takes to get the letter for the biometrics? Thank you

I am sure you meant I-751 not I-765. My wife's I-751 was received by CSC on Sept 15. As of today, we have not received biometric appointment.

04-28-06 - Arrived in Los Angeles

12-11-06 - AOS Interview at Santa Ana, CA - Approved

12-22-06 - Received Green Card in the mail

Removing Conditions

09-15-08 - CSC received I-751

01-06-09 - Received Green Card in the mail

Citizenship

10-05-09 - Mailed N-400 to Phoenix

11-04-09 - Biometrics

01-12-10 - Interview at Santa Ana, CA - Approved

02-19-10 - Oath ceremony at Pomona, CA

03-11-10 - Received passport

I am sure you meant I-751 not I-765. My wife's I-751 was received by CSC on Sept 15. As of today, we have not received biometric appointment.

It took about 3 weeks or so to get mine. It seems like the norm is around a month.

Jan 27, 2014 NOA received and cheque cashed

Feb 13, 2014 Biometrics scheduled

Nov 7, 2014 NOA received and interview scheduled
