There are exceptions like your self. Why , you only look 19

You know, I now have a thing for Colombian ladies. Guess it's from reading VJ novella featuring the Baranquilla(?) ladies... ;)

'when they reach 50-60 women are not to proud of their husbands' Are we talking because of physical attributes ?? Sorry, but I find that comment a little shallow. I would think the woman would be more in love with their husband at that point and proud of the husband/father/friend that he has been and is . That's just my 2 cents.

When we were in our younger years (like Elementary or High School). Most of us girls are dreaming to marry our prince charming one day. Someone who is handsome, young and willing to fight for us. But as the years goes by, things are getting different.

We discovered a lot of things that made us realized that physical feature is not a basis to prove how much we should love other people.

Hmm, i'm just thinking here... Have you ever dream to marry or to love someone who is 10 years or 20 years older than you?

This is especially to the couples who has an age gap. Like for the woman is 25 yrs old and their man is 40 yrs old, something like that.

I met a lot of guys who is 10 years or 20 years older than me, but i dunno why i didn't choose to be with one of them. Even they offered me their acres of land and their mansion house in california, i never tried to like them. I'm not being rude here but i just want to make sure that if i will love someone, my heart should be pure and right wthout any wrong motive.. Am i right?

Well, everything happens for a reason.

My husband is 25 and i'm 25 too. Never thought i will marry the same age as mine. Is there any reason behind of marrying an old man or simply you love them?

Don't get offended by this.

Just a freedom of speech!

Why the hell would you marry anyone if you didn't simply love them?

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

You know when my mom passed away in her 70's, at her funeral, all my dad could say was how beautiful she is. It didn't appear that he was no longer proud of her. So I can only assume that some people are motivated by love and not by looks. Silly isn't it.

You will find that many (if not most) of the couples that come to this forum have a larger than average age gap, being that they are from different countries & I imagine a fair amount met through an internet site. It's a case by case basis... in fact I am more than 10 years older than my fiancee... but it's the best relationship I've ever had! First of all I look young for my age (people think I am 5-10 years younger than I am) and my interests are of a younger person... I listen to Linkin Park, Metallica, Korn, etc., play video games & I'm active as well. If I were with someone my age they would seem old to me!

Metallica and Korn? EWWWWWW

I much prefer Akon and Kanye West. And yes, guitar hero is the bomb.
