Hello all, my wife has her GC but has been offered work in Arazona with fellow Filipinos. We live in central TX and I need to see what needs to be done

for her to go and have no legal problems. She has had her card for a few months. I dont think its bad for her to go work with her friends for a few

months and get some extra cash for her family back home. I work over seas a lot and will be leaving her here for months at a time. So I think she will

be ok with working out of state. But the legal thing needs to be correct for her to do it.

She can live and work anywhere within the USA, all she has to do is notify uscis of any change of address using form AR-11.

GC allows work in the USA, there is NO restriction on which state the employment is in.

She can work in any state in the US,as long as she bings her greencard with her,it's not a problem and besides you will leave her for while,if questions will be ask during her interview for the removal of conditional GC before it expires then you can just tell that you were deployed and you need to leave her for a while then she got a job in another state.

Ok, my question is. Does she need to change her address if she is going to work in Arazona for 3 to 4 months? Or can she leave her address the same as here in Texas?
