Hi to everyone, we had interview in May and were told to wait for FBI name check, today we received this

On February 8, 2006, your I485 Application to Register Permanent

Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking

between 270 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. We will

mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case

status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or

advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please

contact the National Customer Service Center.

Were our case was received? Who else had this letter pls respond.Thanks and good luck

May 2005 interview

Feb 2006 case sent to Cali

April 2006-fingerprints

Ocober 2006-still pending FBI name check

April 2007 -faxed to senator...

Work Auth. filed for the third time
