Ok finally I got it!! wooo They did not include DS230 or DS156, it says I have to download them ...are those the only 2 I need?

So here are my questions.

Does he just fill out one affidavit of support and include me and my kids on it?

Does he fill out OF 167 as well as the I134?

Do they really require his marriage certificate from his first marriage? I thought I read they don't really ask for it..true or no?

Where it says proposed date of marriage do I put in the date we would like or just say after I arrive there?

I am freaking out!!! :help:

Hey, no reason to freak out! You'll be fine as long as you have all your documents. I had my interview in Vancouver on May 09 and had no problems at all.

Yes, you can download DS230 and fax it back to them. The sooner you do it, the better it is. They want to have biographical information, so that if they need any additional information they can request it from you. For example I lived in several countries, and after I send DS230, they sent me a letter with specific requirements regarding police certificates from those countries.

OF-167 - yes, your fiance needs to fill that. Initally my fiance didn't, but he was there at the interview with me so he filled it right there. I-134 has to be completed and notorized as well.

I am not sure about marriage certificate question, since I was not married before and neither was my fiance. You can always e-mail them and clarify anything you are unsure of, they always got back to me within 2 days to the most, and often even the same day. Good luck and feel free to ask any questions about this particular consulate.

I downloaded the DS230...had to fill them in for my 3 kids too so it took a while but I faxed it all back today! I also booked my medical so we are set!

I told Casey to get the original marriage certificate just in case. It asks for it but I never heard of anyone being asked before.

I just put July 2006 as proposed date of marriage, as it is hard to plan a wedding and have exact date without visa in your passport. They were fine with that.

BIG NEWS - Found out we are having Identical Twin Girls!! Due on June 22, 2007!!

Second birthday is on the way! At 21 months - both girls can count to 10 in English and Spanish thanks to our babysitter.
