I know your wife's interview is in few weeks in Italy. Just wanted to wish her luck. Also, has she gotten her visa for Italy secured?

Fellow VJers, Please join me in wishing Mrs. Nimche good luck on her interview.

AND also Thank you Nimche and Ling Ling for putting the NVC guide together for all of us. I am already using it to put together all the required documents pre I-130 approval and am sure will be referring to it through out my NVC journey.

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

C'mon guys. This is crazy. Thank you. :devil:

Italian visa needs two weeks to be obtained from Consulate. But first American embassy in italy will send a fax to Italian embassy in Iran and ask them to give her visa but we have no seen that part. I just got up (5:17 AM) to call US consulate in Italy to ask them to send the fax ASAP.

But beyond that, you guys are awesome and thank you for thinking about us and we will never forget this big VJ family. In case the economy goes worst than this, I will setup a tent in VJ.
