OK GUYS, LETS GET THE WEEK STARTED OFF STRONG !!!

OUR I129f K3 is approved 10-20-08,...just got a call from the wifey, woke me up at 2:30 am. I have work in the am, so I was laughing saying this better be good. And it was great !! still had to check for myself. good luck to everyone waiting !! its gonna start raining k3 approvals now. I can feel it in my bones.

2008-03-03 : I-130 NOA1

2008-05-08 : Touched

2008-10-16 : Touched

2008-10-20 : Touched and Approved (NOA2)

2008-03-27 : I-129F Sent

2008-03-31 : I-129F NOA1

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

thanks everyone.. I didn't file the I130 for my wifes son, so I guess we have to settle for the K3, K4 route. we will be keeping an eye on vj and praying for your approvals also !!!
