how to call the Vermont center?

Hello Fellow VJers,

Can anyone tell me how I can get a hold of a live person at the Vermont processing center for status checks

I have called the 1-800 # but get an automated system, would like to get a live person to discuss status, please help!!!

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

Does this really work, cause I tried it and it did not connect me anywhere....

the first thing that they said is that the menu has changed...so is it still the same?

if you call and use the respones that says change your address you will get a live person and then tell them you are sorry but you needed to talk with someone and they will talk with you. I have done this twice
