i made some research about that IMBRA law witch appear icluse many interrogation, concerning how they will deal with new petitioners , specialy that now is far away that they make new forms even if they are working on theme now, i did read somewhere and from official gouvernemental site that they will edn questionnaire for the momeent that ask theme for her criminal records....and i did read alos somewhere that the persosn who did meet before 6 mars they will be under grandfather law...am trying to anaylsis that facts, but the logic said that for the olds petitioners and new one who just filed like me ok its seem hard and impossible that they send petitions back right and hey something other i did erad also that a lot of petitions has been lost...that scary but hope they will manage to end up with that stuff soon.*ok here is good site for all ur question plz read it and give us ur opinion

I think they said something about the Government working on the new documents needed for IMBRA, and that it could be awhile.

Also, out of that, I think I got they read somewhere that people that "met" before March 6th, would be grandfathered and processed using the law as it applied before March 6th. Don't know if they meant people who physically met before March 6th, or... well not sure at all to be honest.

I´ve been to that site and it adds nothing to our problems, as they´re pretty much arguing about IMB lawsuits.

I'm guessing your talking about this statement made by that Lawer

If thats the case, I don't think it really means anything, it's only the Lawyers own view, and opinion on what "should" be done.
