hey guys my interview is nov 21, 2008 and im planning to have early medical on nov. 5, 2008..do you think i am good to go that day to have medical or is that too early? just want to know the timeframe that is allowed to have medical before the interview...i want some ideas guys.........

My wife and anak took their SLEC medical 1 1/2 months before their interview.

That's perfect time. The medical expires after 1 year. Due to the uncertaintly of the amount of time it may take to issue the visa after interview, it is best to do it as close to the interview as possible.

In short - your medical date is very good.

I disagree at least in the Philippines. If something pops up like a 3 day sputum test your interview may have to be rescheduled for a couple months.

Best to do medicals AT LEAST 2 weeks before the embassy interview.
