Do I need to put my address abroad? Since, it asked the information about the realtive..may be they asking for the address of the relative abroad....I'm here in USA right now...I'm filing my papers for AOS...i'm confused... I was thinking that I'm not a resident of USA yet, so I need to write my address abroad...I'm I right?

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

The I-130 is used for many different types of immigrants. In your case (filing I-130 and I-485 concurrently), for the I-130, you are the beneficiary? On page 2, question 19, put N/A. You are residing in the US, so you have no address abroad.

I'm the applicant and my wife is a petitioner. Meaning, my wife will complete I-130. In I-130 part C...Asked about Information about your relative (referring to the applicant immigrant, which is myself), do I need to write my address abroad since I'm canadian and my wife is American? Or I need to write my wife's address here in USA in Part C.? Thanks a lot

Thank you very much. How about in Page 1 (C - information about your relative)? Does my wife need to write my address abroad? My status here in USA is a "visitor".

There you put your address in the US. I assume it is the same as your wife's?

You entered as a visitor. Once you send in the petition and applications, you become an visitor and adjustment applicant. You now are living in the US. You aren't legal, but it is your address.

How about in my G-325A (Biographic Information)? Do I need to put my wife's address in USA even I'm a visitor as my present address? Or I only need to document my address last five years from Canada... The question asking "applicant's residence last five years"...Speaking of residence, I'm not yet a resident of USA, I'm I correct?

You now are living in the US. You aren't legal, but it is your address.

You are legal once you file, your status is "pending adjustment of status".

No, you are not a permanent resident of the US yet, but you are residing (living at an address) in the US. Therefore put your current address in the first field of the address section of the G-325A.
