I'm sorry to hear this. But as what everybody is saying, just be strong for this will shall pass.

I believe that everything happens for a reason and God would never wanted us feeling so down like this.

YOU HAVE LOTS OF CO-MEMBERS HERE WHO SHARE THE SAME PROBLEM AND SITUATION. :unsure: pati ako sis, let's keep our hopes up! maybe its one way of God so that we can visit our departed loved ones in Nov 1 and spend our remaining Philippine time with our family here. Keep on praying, God wont fail us, He just wants the best and it will come at the right time... I hope u have good news this week, if not, next week. Gusto ko na nga mag fly, but then i realized its mom's birthday on Nov 1, see? its God's way dba? try to look at the brighter side, though its easy for me to say, but really, when u pray, u can feel na magaan ang loob mo after .=)

February 19- Biometrics Appointment

March 12- Received notice to Appear for Initial Interview (March 5 notice date)

March 26- AP Received by Mail

March 30- EAD Card arrived in mail

April 13- AOS interview approved (Thanks God)

April 20- Welcome Letter Received

January 16, 2008 - sent I-129F (Vermont)

January 21, 2008 - NOA1

March 16, 2008 - NOA2

August 7&9,2008 - Medical K1&K2

August 21, 2008 - Paid document verification fee (P1,300)

August 27, 2008 - Interview

September 08,2008 - Document Verification request sent to NSO

Spetember 19,2008 - Document Verification done -sent back to US Embassy Manila

November 03, 2008 - Case under review

November 26, 2008 - VISA printed

November 28, 2008 - VISA in transit

December 02, 2008- VISA IN HAND

January 12, 2009 - Arrived USA, POE Los Angeles

January 21, 2009 - Got married

January 22, 2009 - Applied for SSN

February 11, 2009 - Sent our AOS packet to Chicago

March 17, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment

March 21, 2009 - SSN card arrived in the mail

April 6, 2009 - took driver's license exam and passed! (written and road test)

April 10, 2009 - Repeat Biometrics Appointment

April 14,2009 - Received AP documents in the mail

April 16, 2009 - Received EAD in the mail

SEptember 4, 2009 - GREENCARD received

its been a while im just taking relax my mind about this ******** embassy!!!!!!

now i feel like im crying, not getting any good news at all!!! its more than 2 weeks already since my CO review my case, coz of that ******** DOCUMENT VERIFICATION, and now still nothing happen!!!!!!

Hi, im sorry to hear that my dear, i think we have the same case, i got my interview last july 9, and i got several interviews at the embassy i almost drain my tears!!! after a long time of waiting for the document verifiation and investigation suddenly i got the final decision last Sept 29, and it was denied emagine that?!!!! it takes almost 2 months and i got nothing, right im going crazy i dont know what to do the CO told me to appeal in the US, so his trying to do something but i dont know what will happen, im just Hoping and praying that everything will be fine, dont lost hope okey......

WOW! Now that makes me worried! DV and all the delay and still was denied? So the pink slip doesn't mean anything at all? Gee...

oo nga.. is he a filipino? parang wala ata ganyan dito pinas ah!!! haayy please print my visa im getting impatient=(
