hallo there.....

my case is still pending..vermont updated the processing time to feb 26 2008 for I-130 and k3 for 6 months.

as you can see in my timeline...received @ vermont on jan 31 2008...notice date on feb 15 2008 (i-130)..got a touch on 2/24/08 and still waiting...

for k3..received @ vermont on july 8 2008...notice date on july 30 2008..got a touch on 08/03/2008 and still waiting..

i called vermont today..talked to lady she said...they should be working on my case now...and they cant give any info and told to call bak after march15(that will 30 days outside the time limit..she said)

anyone else has this issue...or any approval this month..please give me some advice...plzz..waiting for a longtime here//
