K3 right after K1

Does anybody know how soon after approved K1 my then-fiance and now-husband can file K3 for me?

K1 was filed and approved in 2008, US entry was in August 2008, departure - October 2008.

Please kindly advise.

less than two months between entry and departure.... approved AOS would have been virtually impossible... AP and in particular emergency AP might have been feasible....
