I'll be voting NO.

Hopefully 50% or more Californians agree with me.

As someone mentioned earlier, the state has no business writing discrimination in it's constitution.

Discrimination is in the eye of the beholder. Prop. 8 just defines what constitutes marriage...a man + a woman. Other endevours are defined as something else.

Evidently, unlike you, judges agree with me. I tend to trust people who know about law, rather than bigots with an agenda.

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

I voted NO in Florida. I believe you should have the right to marry whoever you want. I mean, years ago it was illegal to marry someone of another race.

I voted NO in Florida also...but I do believe that all of these discriminatory amendments across the nation will end up in the Supreme Court eventually. Ninth Amendment of the Constitution and all...

Hopefully, the justices will be impartial enough to judge fairly...
