I understand the fee for I-485 is $930 plus $80 (biometric fee) for a total of $1010 and the I-765 (work authorization) is $340..are these 2 payments to be paid seperatly? and made payable to homeland security?

july 2004 met online first time through a good friend

april 2006 reintroduced

may 2006 things start heating up

june 2006 fly to manila to meet her and propose

july filed 129f

aug 11 received csc

aug 17 noa1

oct 24 approved

oct 30 noa2 rec

nov13 recd nvc

nov21 lft nvc

nov24 recvd manila

feb 15 med exam

feb 22 interview

feb 22 approved

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

the I-765 is optional. before we need to pay for that but for now, that is already optional f u want to include it during your apllication of I - 485.

02-14-2012 --- Yellow Letter (it says "bring any state issued ID" for interview)

04-02-2012 --- INTERVIEW- passed!

05-01-2012 --- Oath scheduled/ Oath Letter Sent
