I got my visa today after stalking the Delbros dude.

Im finally finished with K1 after 6 months from the date it was filed.

Its always fun talking to you guys in here eventhough ive been nagging and ranting most of the time.

My timeline:

I-129F Sent----------------------04.21.2008

I-129F NOA1---------------------04.24.2008

I-129F NOA2---------------------07.31.2008

NVC Received--------------------08.07.2008

Consulate Received-------------08.21.2008

Appointment Letter Received---08.23.2008

Paid Delbros (DV)---------------08.28.2008

USEM released docs to NSO----09.01.2008 (as per IV Dept USEM)

Medical Exam--------------------09.01,04.2008 (*whew*)

Interview Date-------------------09.12.2008 (white and pink slip)

NSO sent DV to USEM-----------10.03.2008

Under Review (CO)--------------10.06.2008

Embassy released Visa----------10.15.2008 (as per Delbros)

Visa Received--------------------10.20.2008

CFO-------------------------------10.27.2008

US Entry--------------------------10.29.2008 (POE: Detroit)

February 19- Biometrics Appointment

March 12- Received notice to Appear for Initial Interview (March 5 notice date)

March 26- AP Received by Mail

March 30- EAD Card arrived in mail

April 13- AOS interview approved (Thanks God)
