I just hope it doesnt result in CSC getting even slower =(

If you look at the immigration timelines on this site it shows CSC speeding up each week and VSC slowing down each week. By looking at the graph CSC will be processing K1's faster than VSC in a few weeks. This is NOA1 to NOA2.

If the trend continues CSC will be approving K1's in less than a 100 days by December.

there is so much conflicting speculations now, lol, someone on VJ should work undercover with the USCIS and give us all the info

Well, I just have the habit of reading everything, even if it isn't about me and our situation. There were entire threads about k3's being moved to CSC, and what it all meant for the people affected. They didn't move the k1's.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

I have read here that the only petitions being sent Vermont to California were k3's.

The Congressional Aide I spoke with said it was K-1 and K-3, transferred by date, whatever that means.

The applications sent to Califorina were just the IR-1 and CR-1. I searched and found the thread. Here is a link to the spreadsheet the transferred ones are keeping track on.

No k1's were transferred. Your Aide is mistaken.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Maybe they haven't started transferring yet. Please do not shoot someone down until you find proof other than someone's homemade spreadsheet.

The transfers started happening in August. Would you like me to post the link to the thread?

I129F receipt date is (03/11/08).

Current processing time for I129F is 6 months.

This means that they should have completed applicants prior to last six months.

That means they should have completed all applicants before April 19.

I called them today October 22nd and spoke to two ladies.

First lady:

Sir, you definitely fall outside of the processing time, but for some reason my computer is not letting me add an inquiry for outside of processing. Let me transfer to manager (second lady).

Second lady:

Sir, you have to give 30 day after those 6 months. I was like "madame 30 extra days would be March 19th and my receipt date march 11th"

She is like "well my computer is saying that you don't fall outside of processing time. Please call back in a month"

Honestly, I don't know what to do or what to tell time. I am a U.S. citizen. I filed for I130 for my wife too and the processing date for that is Feb. 26 and my receipt date is Feb. 14th. I am suppose to give 30 extra days which would be March 26th.

Well since Feb. 14th, there has been no activity on my I130 file.

And since March 11 there have being no activity on my I129F file.

Yes I accept they are transferring CR-1 and IR-1, I've seen that. What I am saying is maybe they are going to start transferring K-1 in the near future.

I don't know why they would, as both centers seemed slow as.

Not going to worry about something that might happen.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
