I love teal and brown but the posh hubster refuses anything brown, says it depresses him.

I love all of the ideas you guys have!

Not bad if you put some really awesome colors with it - like a lime green or orange - how can those be depressing!

and browns are so rich nowadays, and you can combine textures to "liven" it up

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Why stand when you can sit, why sit when you can lay down!

If your apartment is small like mine (tiny), why don't you do the seating middle eastern style (

I look around my house it's small and really has no "style" so i was checking out Ikea and i saw something somewhere someone was doing orange and bown.

I love blue but love the idea of popping some orange you know the fall color??? I am thinking of switching the wood items to black though and tie it all together with a colorful rug with blue and orange... is that too crazy??? i am no where near the level of interior desinger but i wanted something MENA like and American together.

All any and every suggestion is appreciated... fyi i also got those decorative pillow covers from Marakesh with reds/blues and oranges in it...

I also live in a rented appartment so my walls are that eggshell white.....

lol... habibi has the long arm I just smiled. That is the lake near our house we went for a walk to show him around the neighborhood. Tomorrow I am considering taking him Downtown seattle. He keeps saying he's in an American movie :star: he can't believe how everything looks just like in the movies. Oh and he was amazed by the strange vehicle that had the back to which you can load stuff in. I had to look around to see what he was talking about..............a truck hehehe mashallah love that man. Oh he wanted to put up his soccer team penants on my wall ... had to say no but giving him a place in our bedroom. (out of sight)
