I have a question about the DS 230. My wife lives in America will she be the one to fill part one and two on this form. If so does she need to send to me so that I can sign it part one then I send it back to her. Or do I sign this here when i am at my interview....

my husband filled it out, signed it and then h will send it to me. the best way is for you to fill it out and sign it. i hadnt got to that part yet but thats what we planning to do.

NVC sends the letter to choice of agent, whoever you choose as your agent to be. Usually its best for the beneficiary to complete the form, your wife too can complete it and email it to you, you can take a print out of the filled form, sign it and post it to your wife along with other documents such as PCC, your birth certificate, your passport photocopies, two 2x2 photographs of your with white background, marriage certificate, any divorce certificate..............i hope that's all and I am not missing something.

Do go through any of the guides and you will be fine, but to your basic question, its the beneficiary who needs to sign, part 1 and part 2 should be unsigned.
