Hi Folks,

I am getting ready to prepare the DS 230 Part 1 for CR1 for my wife in India We are going through New Delhi Consulate. Please verify if this address is correct to send the DS 230 to:

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR

32 Rochester Avenue

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909

-Also, has this worked for you using James Shortcuts? Please advise.!!

- Also, I would like to know that for New Delhi, I just need to attach the biographical pages of her passport and/or her passport sized photographs??? Are any additional documents required for India? Also, any tips/techniques for mailing this form? Also. any interview experiences or experiences with the New Delhi Embassy? Also, I would like to know whether they can schedule your interview ahead of the scheduled date based upon request through phone/in person or they only do that in emergency cases?

Also, has this worked for you using James Shortcuts? Please advise.!!

Thanks

Sid

I can answer some of your questions.

Yes James Shortcuts work........many can vouch for that and it has saved them a lot of time. All you have to do is follow the instructions given.

Yes that is the correct address.

If you visited the link within the first post of the pinned thread where you can check to see what is required depending on the country you live in, then yes you are only required to send a photo copy of the biographics page of your passport. The rule of thumb is......if you are only required to submit DS-230 part I then only the biographics page of your passport is required.

Make sure your case number is written clearly in the upper right hand corner of ALL documents. Failure to write your case number on all documents will cause a delay in processing. (taken straight from the instructions I recieved)

As the DS-230 is the application for the visa.....it pertains to the benificiary, now the applicant.
