after reading the guides i'm a little confussed as to how much i will need to take that will have to be original copies

i know all my offical forms for interview must be original, and the affidavit and and suporting evidence for that. plus my birth certificate and police report. and the letter of intent.

but what about other things i'm taking as evidence and stuff we submitted to the uscis.

do i need his birthcertificate as we sent a photocopy to uscis?

and do i need the original ticket slips, train tickets and receipts that i am photocopying for my evidence too? along with the birthday cards and such or can these remain only photocopies?

thanks in advance

All the things you sent to USCIS will be in front of the consulate when you have your interview. With the exception of your passport and passport photos, everything else will be plus one photocopy. You do not need his birth certificate.. no need to photocopy your relationship evidence, just bring in the original b'day cards, xmas cards etc. and everything you have! The best of luck to you both :D:thumbs:

i thought if i condenced them into scanned copies on paper i wont be overwhelmed with little bits of loose paper and if they want to keep it it doesnt matter. and you are sure they do not need his birth certificate? thats good thanks
