K Visa Interview Appointments

Starting March 19, 2008, those applying for K-1, K-2, K-3 and K-4 visas who have been notified by the Embassy to prepare for their interview can call 1-909-101-7878 (within the Philippines) to schedule an interview appointment at the U.S. Embassy. The cost of the 909 service is U.S. $0.98 per minute; this amount will be charged to your telephone bill.

Applicants, Agents or Petitioners calling from within the United States will also be able to use this service by calling 1-888-877-9888. The cost of the 888 service from the United States is a U.S. $18 PIN payable using a Visa or MasterCard once you have called into the service.

Applicants or their representatives must have the applicant’s Immigrant Case Number as given in the Embassy notification letter available when they call to schedule an appointment. Callers can speak with an English or Tagalog speaking operator. The service is available to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, Manila local time.

For more information on this service, please click here.

You dont have to pay the $10.

You can just call in the numbers Roy and Yazi gave you. They'll charge you $18. That will be good for 3 calls and will expire in a year. Make sure she has the letter from the embassy before making the call coz they'll be asking for the case number thats on the letter.

steve maria: The embassy received your case Oct 7? And since then theres no letter from the embassy? Is that what you meant? Can you please update your timeline or your signature please. Anyway, have you tried calling 301-2000 and inquired why you didnt get an appointment letter? Ask them if your case number is in their database, if it is then you can schedule an interview. Coz when you call the call center, the first thing they'll ask is if you got the letter from the embassy. Sometimes the appointment letter is late. I know of some people who said they got the letter (when they actually didnt) just to schedule an interview. But they said they made sure first their case number is in their database by calling Lorraine or Grace.

Did your fiance' received the letter from NVC? My husband haven't received it yet...

We both approved on October 1... are you sure your papers forwarded to USEM on October 7?
