I am really upset........what the heck are they doing up there...sleeping !!!!

(and the snow has not arrived yet)

8 months behind...still processing February.....

don't let that concern you. the processing times on the USCIS website for K-1's are not accurate. there are members who received their NOA1's in Feb who now have their visas.

but I am a bit paranoid about the USCIS because my citizenship went into a 16 months black hole on name check alone..

but that is the FBI side of it...i guess another dept.

It actually took an act of congress to get it moving... :wacko:

my "n400" before did not move for 16 months...that was before I found out about VISAJOURNEY.

This site it has been very helpful and a lot of members are great and lift spirits too.. :thumbs:

I wouldnt worry about it eros222. Im from April 2008 batch... im almost done. The website isnt accurate. And besides, you just started hehehe. :P Pretty soon your fiance will be gathering the requirements then worrying about the medical and interview.

I agree with you all about being positive...

but when being burned previously with a N400 case, stuck for 16-18 months on name check.The positive is hard to come by, especially when looking at USCIS site and I see they are still processing February 2008. I just got concerned, that is all.
