hi there

we're confused..

because the checklist on VJ for AOS says 2 passport photos...

We went to immigration for general questions, and they supplied us papaers that said 4 passport photos.

Each document for the AOS (I-485, I-131, I-765, G-325A) say they want a passport photos which makes that 8 passport photos.

How many passport photos do we really need to put in the AOS? 2.. 4 or 8??

You need separate photos for each form that asks for photos. You can't just send two - each form needs its own photos. As far as I remember, it came to 7 for the non-USC and 1 for the USC, but just count up the total number from all the forms together.

Removing conditions:

10/9/10 - Package sent to Vermont

10/13/10 - NOA1 date, received 10/18
