Just question for G325A we just want to be sure if we are doing the right thing,

In the Residence last five years ,street and number address, only the name of my subdivision doesn't fit on the space

provided. My the same address appears 3 times since I live in other areas and move back.

We have an attachment where you can see the detailed addresses I had until present.

my question is, can we just put "Please see attachment" in the first row? so they can see

the detailed addresses in the attachment?

Question for DS 230 number 13, 16 & 18:

The address for each (which happens to be the same) doesn't fit in the provided blank, so can I just add an attachment and in each of those blanks type "Please see attachment #1?"

G325A - if you are making a continuation sheet, put first the item being asked then your answer. You may put "see attached" on the form itself. If your answer is the same in other questions asked, type it, and not "same as #_"

DS230 - if your answers don't fit, make an attachment sheet and put down the number of whatever is asked then your answer. Again, do not put "same as #_". Would save them time in going thru your papers plus avoid any potential RFE's from answering the forms wrong. You may put "see attached" though on the form.

04-28-09 - received SSN's (after having to apply for them personally!!!!)

thank you Gracey.

However, would it be a lot more convenient to just type "See attachment #1" only on the 1st row? and nothing more so they can just see my entire detailed address on the attachment?

For DS230, I just decided to write it manually.
