Hi there,

To start with, we got the whole I-129 package yesterday. It was returned due to the wrong filing address. We used the address USCIS PO Box 804616, Chicago, IL 60680-4107 when we mailed it so we have to start the process all over again and we hope that we could mail it by tomorrow. Our question is "should we use the address indicated in the I-797C Receipt Notice of the I-130?" The address indicated there is USCIS-Vermont Service Cntr 75 Lower Welden ST, St Albans, VT 05479.

Hoping for your response.

If you are in IL, then it should be CSC not VSC. You can check it in USCIS.

no, i'm pretty sure that it is in the Vermont Service Center cuz the petitioner is located in NM.

i guess we have to send it in the 2nd address mentioned above.

If the case number starts with ESC, send to Vermont, otherwise WSC goes to to California.

The way things are going now I wouldn't even bother filing the I-129F for the K3. Some I-130s are getting approved very fast like 2.5 months from original petition submission to NVC clearance.

CR-1 is a MUCH< Much better visa than the K3.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
