This instruction states:

B. Based on admission as the K-1 Fiancee of a US citizen and subsequent marriage to that citizen.

Attach a copy of the fiancee petition approval (NOA2?) notice, a copy of your marriage certificate, and your Form I-94.

The first two state that they require copies, the I-94 does not. Does that mean that I take it out of my passport and send it in with the package?

No, just send a copy of your I-94.
