Two weeks or so, CR-1 and IR-1 status should be on NVC automated phone system.

lol i started calling asap... some how there was a 21 day lag between the approval date and the time it showed up at NVC good luck Brni and you know i am here for you any time!!!

the strange thing is i never got the email, i know its prob to early to see the hard copy since approval was just 14th but i keep going back to the status page just to chk that IS what it said ha so give it atleast 2 weeks to call maybe?

NVC: 603-334-0700....you too will have it by memory....This number becomes a best friend almost...you know the prompts before they come. Must say, of the whole process, this was the most user friendly.

Also...I totally recommend using James Shortcuts....they were a HUGE help!

our case got to nvc about a week after approval

ok i will start one week then ha man why couldnt it be a 1 800 # i just switched to cell only trying to save money and minutes, sasha u did this printing the bar code? i read some on it and it all looked greek to me i knew to have him do the email

James and Lotto's shortcuts are great...however, LingChe NVC Shortcut Guide

has set the current record of case complete in 21 days.

Most users find it easier to navigate and understand as well.

it was my husband who printed out the bar coded sheet and attached it to the AOS he sent in. but first, you have to wait for your case # and then the IIN so you can pay the 70$

you can call using your uscis number... the approval number from your nao2 mine was a WAC for csc.... not sure what yours is

you'll dial the number hit 1 then 5 for an operator tell them your name birthdate husband's name birthdate and the case number ask if it is there yet

best time is @ 7:00 to 7:30 at night pst

call them first in the morning then at night until they get it then when you ask for the invoice number email the ds3023 from your husband's new "gmail" account you will set up get an instant reply if you don't with in a few min.... email again.
