lol i've been calling 2x a day since it got to nvc,,, i've already called once today so i am trying to hang on until the end of the day. NOt sure if it helps but at least I know i did something even when they haven't

Do you call and actually talk to the operator. They got onto me for calling too soon since the last time and so I wondered if anyone else gets that.

Sorry you didn't get the good news today. I really hope you get it before the end of the week. You have been waiting too long!

No they haven't gotten on to me about that... I think they realized they've screwed up somewhere ... tonight i called and he put me on hold for a while came back and said he spoke to his supervisor about getting a "case complete" he said it will be 10-15 days.. i said "Another" 10-5 days he said it shouldn't take so long... but they need to find out why it's takign so long.. i said yes someone does??!!

No tell him to not rush into it!! Relaxxxx I don't think they reject anyone at NVC level... Tell him to relax and be calm...It is sweet, you can aways keep it for your vacation times :D

Tell him to breath in and out and stop thinking negative....

I hear that... i am surprised how my little pitty party thread has become somthing others found useful and supportive...

So I called the operrator today and asked for a supervisor this evening.. Sophia the supervisor was very sweet kept saying i am soooo sorry i am sorry i am soooo sorry... i felt bad for her and was working to make her feel better

Anyway, she said she is getting up to go get my case now.. i said "sophia they said they already did this on the 24th" she said she was going to do it now!!

Insha'allah this will do it

i am glad everyone got there that phase and moving on to the hurry and wait phase

Hey, just checking in with you. Still no case complete? I am sorry. It will happen soon. I finally was able to send off our DS230 and photos and supporting docs today. It is supposed to be there by noon tomorrow. I am hoping for a Dec interview date, but have come to grips with the fact it might not be until Jan. We will see. Best wishes for a quick case complete.
