Nita i really hope so... i am crying day and night again i miss him so much. I had computer problems and couldn't see him on one of the only two days i get to see him i feel like everything is trying to keep us apart.

just curious, in DS230 i put there on question no.20, 2000-present, do u think i will get an RFE for this?

generally speaking no.... I had not started when he was 16 but earlier than that like when he was 6 cause it was the same location so i started at 16 wrote the date he signed it and present in prenthesis

Also maybe because you changed Embassy!?!? I had our Visa Status updated and that's why they took so long for us, so maybe that's what holding them up... Just a thought

update: Case STILL in final review... i can't believe this

I hope something happens soon I am starting to get worried and don't know what to do....I don't know why the change in embassys would be a problem since that was done in the beginning and i cancled our K3 app in casa..... I just don't know and they're not telling me.

My poor husband is getting sick with worry strange how this should be the easy part has become very difficult for us. perhaps tomorrow.. can't lose hope can I?

Well I seen where change of Embassy can delay a case up to a month(paperwork and processing), and then add the processing time for the DS-230 (average 7 to 10 days) and then the RFE processing time (average another 10 to 15 days). you look at it that way, you are still ok.. Relax and just tell your husband its all part of the processing time... No sense in worrying now! You were one of the lucky one with USCIS waiting time, you may it in record time....Relax it will be ok

thanks guys i told Reda the same thing.... the operator told me this afternoon to give it a month for all the information he said that would be november 14th YIKES cutting it close to December interviews ... oh well it's up to Allah now not me.

That's what happen to us, once the Supervisor looks at it, it just a couple of days... I say Friday just to be on the safe side

I just read all of this and now I am so worried. They just entered our DS 230 and I looked at our question 20 and it says 10-1977 to 10-2008. I am such an idiot. I didn't even think to put present. I am so mad at myself. Do you think I am going to get an RFE now. Should I just resend it in now or wait for an RFE?

I was hoping to hear a case complete with you on Friday because I know that's what is going to happen for you!!! I am saying a prayer for you right now.
