Ours went through final review, we had to wait 1 month from Ds-230 to case complete..But no RFE for us. I think they also do checks before case complete. Good Luck!

get this called Sabrina the operator she said "hummmmm case is still in final review, I am going to send this to a supervisor I think someone MISSED the final approval give us 10-15 days for a supervisor to look at it"

yes, I know it's KOO KOO... I kept calling like you and they also kept telling me it's in Final review.. I kept asking what does it mean I was so mad because time was wasted 1 month waiting for this "Final Review" to be over and to get case complete, while everyone else kept passing us by.... Also they told me that once they are ready to issue an Embassy appointment (in my case) that's when they give it case complete. I am not sure if that was correct or not, but that's what they told me....It's good you didn't wait that long for your NOA 2....Dont worry you will get it soon, Patience - hehe

That is what they told me is 10 to 15 days for a supervisor to look at it though they also said the police clearance I sent was missing. Good grief, I hope they get things straight soon for both or sakes!

update: called last night operator said "still under final review....." I asked "was it sent to a supervisor?" she said "no" I said strange since Sabrina this morning said she was sending it to a supervisor... operator "I don't see anything like that ma'am" They can't even get thier stories streight!!!!

Today we launch a new phone the G1 I will be so busy Insha'allah I can forget some of this for a little bit...yesterday a 14 hour work day gotta love salary

Yes this is what they told me!! You are very close, I believe within a week you will have "CASE COMPLETE"! But then you will have to wait to get your interview date This is around the time the 22nd of the month we had case complete and then we had to wait until the following week to get interview date.

I said "that is why i am working on a case complete before then" she said "even still doesn't mean you will get one in december" that's nice i hate the so close but so far away feeling i have.

She said they schedule ONE day the second week of november??? I am not sure if i am understanding this correctly, they will only schedule interviews that one day?

Dont worry they told me that same thing!!! It's a Generic answer.... Inshallah you will hear case complete by tomorrow and by next week 29 or 30 (I would start calling them) you will have your interview date Inshallah hopfully it will be in November but might be more like December since you might be completed in the end of the month and the cut off date is the 15th of each month ...... Good Luck!!

yeah she said one day in november for all of decembers iam not sure if i wanna believe her. So update: I called this evening an she said. hummmmm lets see says everything is completed I said is that a "case complete?" she said "no just that everything is completed" i was so happy only to be shot down even further.

Nita I have just accepted a december interview at this time.... november 2nd will officially be the entry date of our ds230 to nvc....

Your case is complete, just they are waiting for that Embassy Interview date to say case complete... They might be doing it a bit different now, just like what they did to us Hopefully it will be early December interview... Good Luck!!
