As have seen over the years..I have never heard of a denial due to an eviction...and is becoming very frequent lately due to foreclosures and the like.

But you will have to update your Visa information at USCIS and prove that their is a residence established at some point. I know others have chose to use a parents permanent address in case of such a thing happening...but maybe others will comment on this after me. But as I say it should not effect your Visa except for the fact that it may delay it due to updating your info. Presumably you have a new place - simply update USCIS with the new address and you'll be fine.
