EAD for Employment

I guess I should start out by saying we were approved for the K1 visa and have since gotten married and applied for change of status. So here is our story a month ago we completed the Biometrics apointment for three things the EAD and Advancced Parole as well as the I 485 for residency. Does anyone know the current times for the EAD my wife is ready to go to work. Her sisters got their EAD cards in three weeks after their Biometric appointments so we are waiting. Is there a difference between adjusting status from the H1b to the K1 when you are already in the USA. ANy insight would be helpful ! Thanks all and God Bless ! Chuck and Teresa

It really doesn't matter what you are adjusting from. Just hope you get a good officer. My ead was approved yesterday after 133 days because they forgot about it.

I got my EAD in about 2 months. other VJs says it takes 60 to 90 days to get the EAD.
