My father and mother came here as a visitor for 6 months. I would like to apply the green card for them. What kind of form should I fill out and where do I send it to? My brother sponsor my father came here 6 years ago and he did not like to stay here. He left on his own without a green card. He had a social security number at that time. How should I apply the green card for him again or I have to start over? Any help will be appreciate!

Father will need an I-130 filed for an IR-Visa.

The petitioner in both cases needs to be a US citizen son or daughter.
