Question for Ds3032 version

I just want to ask if my husband and I are using the correct form for DS 3032 which has the expiration of 2006.

I am filling out forms to be sent to my husband, so I would like to be sure if this version can still be use?

we seem not to find a newer version of this form even from USCIS site.

why not try emailing it first?i just did email my ds3032 and got an auto response within 24hrs..

The things here sis xylide is, I will be sending everything to my my husband all at once ,everything in the process that needs my signature, so by the time we will be needing the DS 3032 to be sent, my husband can just send it right away.

So, I'm kinda blurry in this matter..

what i did is that, I wrote a letter with this kind of format:

NVC Case No: MNLXXXXXXXXXX

CIS Case No: WACXXXXXXXX

Petitioner's Name: XXXXXXXXX

Petitioner's Date of Birth: XXXXXXXXXXXX

Beneficiary's Name: XXXXXXXXX

Beneficiary's Date of Birth: XXXXXXXXXXXX

To whom it may concern:

My name is ___________________, my visa case number is # MNLXXXXXXXXX

Per the DS-3032,____________________________________. I would like to appoint my ____________________(I put my" husband" as a choice of agent)as my agent of choice to receive all future correspondence from the U.S. Department of State. His contact information is provided below:

Name: __________________

Address: __________________

Phone: __________________

Email: ____________________-

All mail from the U.S. Department of State concerning my immigrant visa should be sent to the address above.

Please let me know if you need additional information. Thank you for your help.

actually i just email it to:NVCINQUIRY@state.gov make sure u have ur automated response from them if not keep trying...but its ur choice if ur going to send it thru mail or email..what i did was email and after few days they reply to me....then contuniue with our process...

the ds 3032 is for beneficiary,he/she will be the one tho send it to the NVC if u want ,just follow what i did it works for us.....make sure u got an automated response coming from them.....if u dont get automated respose keep trying till u gotta response....based from my experienced it took me several sent using 3 email add,then thanks to gmail.com only one sent i automatically got a responde from them....
