Just wondering if there have been any approvals lately by the VSC. I have not noticed any which is strange since you figure they would speed things up. They cant really be working on citizenship applications anymore since its too late to register for the elections. I am not sure though. Just curious.

I-30 JOURNEY

5-21-2008: NOA1

12-18-2008: NOA2

12-29-2008: NVC received Case/Case # assigned

1-5-2009: DS-3032/AOS Fee Bill Generateed

1-8-2009: Emailed DS-3032

1-12-2009: Paid AOS Bill

1-13-2009: AOS shows PAID

1-13-2009: DS-3032 Accepted

1-13-2009: IV Bill Generated

1-13-2009: IV Bill Paid

1-14-2009: IV Bill shows PAID

1-20-2009: Sent AOS Packet

I posted last night asking if anyone could understand why all others I have follwed with a NOAH one in May 2008 got NOAH 2 and mine is stiil not processed. My NOAH 1 was May 27, and I've seen some with NOAH 1 in early June already approved. So it is a mystery to me. Other than the one or two from early June that I saw who claimed they were approved, I've seen no others waiting for approval from Vermont who say they received NOAH 2.

It seems to me that Vermont has almost stopped processing. Another strange thing is the USCIS web site shows last update for Vermont processing times as July 31. When I first started going to the USCIS web page for Vermont processing times, it was always as of the 15th of the most recent month. They were updating once a month on the 15th, and now it is showing a last update of July 31 which is over two months ago. Something obviously isnt right, and my guess is they have almost come to a complete halt prior to the elections. I hope not but my petition is now almost five months from NOAH 1, and those from two months before me were going through in an average of 100 days.

anything over 6 months should be unacceptable

I have not heard anything sine 2/21/08. I filed in December of 07, has anyone that filed a I-130 in December of 07 heard anything yet?

I have called they tell me the same thing I have to give them 30 days from the processng date they have up now. I dont know what I can do I am just so upset and broken hearted.
