What are the timelines on this page based on ? They are supposed to be based on VJ member timelines but suggest that it takes about 70 days for a I-129F (K3) to be processed at VSC. How come there are still people here that applied in March waiting for approval ?

This newbie would appreciate some insight.

It's an average - based on those who have updated their timelines with the NOA2 date(s). (It's not based on those with NOA1 dates but still waiting - when those that are waiting finally get a NOA2 and update their timelines, the figure may go up.)

Thanks ! I am not sure if it is helpful to project the timelines like that based on past history. Suggesting that applications from August are currently being processed gives the casual reader a wrong impression that it is only taking 2 months to process a I-129F when in reality it seems to be taking 7-8 months. I mention this because for a while I was using the VJ immigration timelines as a guide to figure out when I would be done with this process and now am quite dismayed to learn that my wait may be much longer than I had anticipated.
