I wonder if the lack of NOA2 action could possibly be because we filed the I-129F a month later (which in retrospect we shouldnt have bothered with) which caused both forms to get touched on November 21st when the I-129F came in. Perhaps we're in the november filers bin now (?) ...guess we'll find out eventually.

I-130 NOA1 : 2008-10-21

I-129F NOA1: 2008-11-16

I-130 & I-129F touched 2008-11-21

I-130 & I-129F both NOA2 approval 2009-4-29

Received AOS Bill packet 2009-5-16

wow , activity in this thread has taken a dive!

Am i the only one still following this thread that still hasn't got the i-130 noa2 yet? Whats going on in Cali!? There are January filers getting their Noa2 in 30 days! This is rediculous.

I filed in October for my two stepsons. We got the NOA2 about a month ago from Calif. Applications now going through process at NVC.

06-10-2008I-130 sent Chicago lock box

10-16-2008 (NOA1)Received Calif service center

10-19-2008 (touch)

10-25-2008 (NOA2) I-130 approval sent to NVC
