I just found out today the igor's list that show you the filers of each month, i think is very helpful to see where are the approvals taking action and even you can see how many people is before you but is not a hundred percent reliable because the data is based on timelines and some could be outdated. But you should check it out is in my signature the link to that list.

Don't worry Noami you need to wait it's to soon to start worrying. Hang in there that soon you will get approval within January or February, things are going to move fast in this months compared to December because of the holidays.

Hi,

We filed I-130 in October '08 and have our NOA1 receipt number. I set up our page on the USCIS site and our file has been sent to the VSC. We're now waiting to hear from them. Good Luck to everyone.

Just got word today that our application has been transferred to CSC. Glad to see it hasn't been lost!

We also just got word today that our application was transfered from VSC to CSC.

Apparently CSC has jurisdiction over the case now.

Nevermind... I see now that you were transfered to CSC from VSC... makes sense. Looks like your file went straight to CSC and got put on someones desk.... what luck! Hope the rest of your journey goes smoothly.... cross your fingers for the rest of us.

Any updates on October filers?

I got my NOA1 on Nov 1st and the waiting began. I got registered on the USCIS to follow any updates. That's about it, anyone else?

Hi,

I see many entries that October filers are getting approved. I called USCIS and requested a status on my October application and I am still waiting.

Also, does anyone know how to update the Igor list as mine is not listed there.
