I couldn't find a topic with any October fellow filers so I decided to start one on my own. So anyone out there?!

I am October filer and look at my case few times every single day...Vermont is driving me crazy!

How is everybody going? any notices or touches?? here just nothing...trying not to check everyday case status. this is drving me crazy but it's hard to not look at every day.

I got nothing, my case is sitting still since I got my NOA1. But I am confident that the approval is coming before the holydays

I was thinking how many October filers are there as well and it is good that you started this track. Count me in as well, possibly things will move with Vermont.

I will be going to Cairo to be with my beloved for sometime. Alhamdulillah, we are being patient.

10/27/2008 I-130 NOA I letter with case # in the mail

10/27/2008 check cashed

I dont believe this and I should be sleeping to go to work tomorrow - but this news....email from USCIS.

October filers are getting transferred to CSC as well...how many more here got transfered.

I called in today the USCIS and was very polite in asking the status of my application. I was concerned that my application was last touched in Oct 7th. He gave me the same old information that was on their website until the morning. And then today/tonight, I get this email that my application got transferred over to California.

OH nice that's great news. Congratulations that probably means that you will be approved soon. Lets keep the hope that after the winter break will rain approvals and this will get faster.

I'm glad that some of your cases are now moving so fast.

I am a November filer, but my only concern is that its been 2 months and our status check online is not yet showing in the system. Hay... its a bit of frustration since I also wanted to see if we get a touch or something.

This thread is my my guide though for our progress. and our timeline also changed, and its now 2 months earlier from the old one.

Hi, I sent my papers in 9/29/08 next day and got my NOA 1 dated for 10/3/08 by the 7th. I think I had one touch when I asked them to return an original translation of my marriage certificate (which was promised in Nov but still have yet to receive) so I could also file 129F, however my case was transferred from Vermont to California on Dec 22, and they've been touching regularly since then....

I don't know if both our names are in the system since I'm a 3 time mid-east traveller and his brother has a tourist visa as a business man..... I'm really wondering if we'll get approved quickly.

I'm thinking I'll have to make that 4th time soon and visit again this month or next.

I filed the I130 in October 2008 and a I129F K-3 in November. Only one touch on each and nothing else so far.

hope you all doing fine. We got our NOA 1 on oct. 22 and since then I have heard nothing. No touch nothing at all. Should I worry??? I hope not LOL. I hope I will hear something soon.
